IN-ROOM DINING SERVICE

For your diner party at our holiday home we offer you an in-room dining service during your stay with us.
We chose to collaborate with different, experienced chefs, selected carefully based upon good references and quality.  
If you are interested in this service you always need to contact us
before your arrival to check for availability and conditions. Based on your wishes we will make you a personalized proposal. 
Every chef will have a different menu each month. More information about this will be added here soon, but you can always email us with your questions.

 
 


Meet the chefs
 

Chef Davy Celen

He has been passionate about cooking, flavors and scents from an early age.

At 15  he started at hotel school Ter Duinen in Koksijde, which was no more than logical.

After internships at 't Laurierblad (** Michelin) and Hotel Victoria (Montreux / Switzerland - Relais & Châteaux) his professional career took shape under the wings of Peter Goossens | Hof van Cleve (*** Michelin) and Roger Souvereyns | Scholteshof (** Michelin) - Auberge du Pêcheur (* Michelin).

With 10 years' experience at the side of the best chefs in Belgium, Chef Davy Celen started in 2006 - as one of the pioneers in Belgium - with GASTRONOMY AT HOME.


 

Chef Niek Ducheyne 

Pure, gourmet cuisine for your company event or private party.


Top chef Niek Ducheyne learned the art of refined cooking from the best star chefs. Together with his wife Lies De Cocker he started Atelier Ducheyne in 2011. What initially started with the innovative idea of 'cook at home' grew into the broader concept of 'culinary caterer', where you can dine gastronomically both at home, on location and in their private restaurant.

Chef Aagje Everaert

Expect a complete experience with the personal signature of this amazing lady chef:
An ode to the senses, an ode to the savoir-vivre, an ode to creativity and superior quality.

At the age of twelve, she already swung the ladle at a Maître-Pâtissier and promptly became his right and left hand (ambidextrous by nature). She was floral and floury for six years (her own words ;-). 

She put three wonderful restaurants on the map: De Zaligheid, De Hel and Chez Moi.

She was director of a cookery school. Many cooking classes, private cookery parties and culinary delights embraced her life and that of many others.

The best from her heart on your plate, with a heavenly botanical wink.
